When ordering items through our website if you wish to pay by the following means the following applies:

Paypal: Just click on the Paypal link if you have a Paypal account and pay easily through this.  If you do not have a Paypal account, yet you want to pay by Debit or Credit Card you can easily use the facility to the left of the Paypal login to securely pay by card

Pay by Credit Card / Debit: If you do not wish to go through the Paypal link on our website that's no problem you can  call us and we can take a payment over the phone, Call 01280 824711 and we will be happy to help

Pay by Cheque or Postal Order: This is no problem, if you use the option on the shipping drop down menu, print off and fill out the formwhich you can then send with your payment, however we will only send the goods to you once they have cleared our account. BACS: You can also make a payment on-line, just fill out the form on the shipping drop down menu as above, stating your details. Please make sure you put in your order number or surname as the reference when paying through your account so we can easily identify your payment

RETURNING GOODS 

Please click on Returns below to obtain a Returns Material Authorisation (RMA) number.

Before obtaining a number please note that:

* The goods must be un-used, un-wrapped and in their original packaging otherwise they will not qualify for a refund.

* We will only issue refunds for product cost, postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is deemed to be faulty or we sent you an item incorrectly.
